Build capacity before adding payroll — here's the arithmetic

Two founding partner places

Help build the proof. Keep the system.

We are selecting two accounting or fractional-CFO firms for a paid pilot in one narrow workflow: ecommerce payout control or recurring management reporting. The fee is lower than standard because the engagement includes deeper baseline measurement and permission to request a case study after value is demonstrated.

This is not free implementation. The founding assessment is $1,500 and the scoped pilot is expected to be $6,000–$10,000, with the assessment credited. Standard pricing applies after the first two accepted partners.

A strong fit

The workflow is real, owned and measurable.

Right firm

Ecommerce accounting, bookkeeping, fractional CFO or CAS firm with multiple recurring client files.

Right problem

Payout reconciliation or reporting assembly consumes material time every month and has a named owner.

Right evidence

You can provide representative redacted or synthetic examples and validate volume, time and exception baselines.

Right posture

Your team will review the design, keep financial judgment, test edge cases and consider a reference only after proof.
